Refund delayed over a week after merchant consented

I made a purchase on the 6th of November, which the merchant couldn't fulfil. The merchant processed a refund the same day, yet I still haven't received my money back from PayFast.

This is the second time PayFast is doing this to me. They are unduly delaying to honour a refund which their merchant has clearly agreed to do. This is terrible service.
