Poor system/service

The last twice that I have used Payfast I have had issues with them not finding my payment and cancelling my order with the supplier. Even though I used all their provided details. On both occasions they blame the slow response by the bank and have told me to contact the Merchandiser to sort it out. I use Paypal all the time and have never had a problem. Improve your systems Payfast.
