Poor service Pay Slow

Trying to process a refund to a client turned out to be a disaster with this company.

They were not contactable over the black Friday period. They sent out an e-mail with an alternative no, with an obscure subject.

E-mails were not acknowledged for over a week.

On Friday eventually a supervisor said she promise to organise the refund.

By today nothing had happened. I called again.

I suggest you take the word FAST out of your company name
