Poor Customer Service and Resolutions at Payfast

Purchases Airtime through one of Payfast's Merchants called Home Cloud Solutions and have not received the airtime to date. I've logged a ticket with their support team a week ago and consistently follow up daily but keep getting told the same thing ie: They are awaiting feedback from Management over and over. I was told that their resolution process takes 48 hours and it has now been over a week. Very Poor Customer Support Processes
