Poor customer service
Poor service from Payfast, Chatbot is useless and calls are being dropped. My Afrihost wifi is off and my husbands works from home. Keeps saying 3D transaction failed. Reading the reviews I can already see what the response will be "we have escalated this issue"...probably just a generic message to keep irate customers at bay!
