Please send prepaid24 the necessary documents for the refund if really you don't have the money but they do

Well I have been used payfast for quite a long time and I was happy until recently when I made a deposit to prepaid24 and my payment is no where to be found, prepaid24 sends me the list of my transactions and there's no R208 yet payfast says it's with them,I understand it might be a technical error but it's been two weeks now and still not sorted because prepaid24 claims they never received the money from payfast yet payfast says the money is with prepaid24,I have been asking for a refund but who's going to refund me then?
