PaysoSLOW its non-existent!

Payfast has been unable to resolve a 3D Secure issue with FNB and Discovery Bank since 2 Janaury 2024. We're losing customers as a result. Any reuqest to speak to the manager of the support consultant who has been "assisting" are completely and utterly stonewalled. There has been no meaningul feedback nor assistance. Useless service, Payfast!
