Payment not reflecting!!!
Hi. PAYGATE, has a horrible messed up system:(
Im a first time online Buyer. I paid via Sid Online instant eft transfer for my Purchase. I transferred the money and it was deducted from my account but showed nothing on their website. Upon enquiring, i was told that on their side the transaction was cancelled & should perhaps restart the entire again. Showed them proof that the payment had already been but still no help :( . Here i am still waiting in agony for payment to reflect or for them to process my transaction. I'm so defeated especially this being my first ever experience with online purchases.

17 Jul 2019, 22:22When making payment, the paygate site takes too long to load, resulting in the transaction being cancelled but then eventually I received the push notification from my bank to do the transfer of which i did & money was deducted in my account. But when i went back to the paygate site, they just kept telling me the transaction was cancelled and no reflection of payment.
