Payment deducted no order received
I playced and order with takealot and made payment with payfast eft. Monies was dedicated from my account, I received an email saying payment failed. I have proof of payment that money was definitely deducted. I have emailed takealot and they say I need to take it up with Payfast. I have sent emails for 2 days now and get no response. Please get back to me regarding this issue.
