PayGate - incompetence

I started a dropshipping business did my first order myself according to PayGate a DPO Group company they transferred my money from their account to my Bank which never happened this was done 19 September 2022. I am still fighting with them to find my money as they cannot tell me where it was paid out to. I cancelled my subscription with them and went over to another payment platform. Overall I think they are the most *********** staff I ever had to dealt with in the 25 years of retail experience.
