Paygate doesn't pay out the correct amounts

I have a website and I chose Paygate as the payment gateway because they have an option for my clients to see the money in their local currency. It's a new website, only 6 weeks old, but already I have been underpaid by Paygate. I queried it and they sent me statements for each week, but the hilarious thing is that if you add up all the payments and deductions on their statements, it doesn't add up to the total at the bottom of the statement! The total at the bottom is always considerably less than it should be. A second thing is that there was a payment of R440 which they simply just left off the statement. After 1 month with them, they have underpaid by over R800. Maybe it's a small amount but it's going to add up as my business grows - it's about 10% of my first month's earnings. Online vendors beware of Paygate and watch them closely if you are using them! Request all statements and add everything up yourself.
