Paygate badly flawed system flow... Anti patterns

This is serious, I did a payment on Ocean basket for R403.00 these guys did a withdrawal from my account and after that the checksum don't match, and there is no 24/7 support.

Paygate needs a better support process and certainly needs to change your transaction flow... The process is very flawed!... It's very stupid to verify checksum after withdrawing from a client's account.

Please note that time is also billable... I could have invested this money and made some interest in 24 hours.
