Paygate and PC link computers not refunding my money

I bought a printer from PC link and paygate was the payment platfrom. PC link later cancelled the order claiming the printer was lost at the warehouse. they told me paygate will do the refund within 7-14 days. the time lapsed and no refund received. now they are saying they are just a payment gateway and are not responsible for refund even though pc link computers claimed they instructed they to process a refund. I am starting to think PC link Computers and Paygate are running a **** and no one now want to answer for me to get my refund.
