Payfastsay they will not repsond to queries for at least 14 days!

I have sent 3 emails to Payfast to restore access to my account, they have a message that they are not answering calls and remove my Facebook post - the only response is: Even though our Customer Services team are dedicated to helping you and your buyers as quickly as they can, the sudden doubling of support tickets has unfortunately resulted in a query response backlog of up to 14 days! Can you imagine not being able to access your funds for 14 days and that's just to bad! Maybe they are going into liquidation - in this day and age to say you won't attend to issues for 2 weeks is insane.
