Payfast's immediate payout feature is not true!!

Been using the immediate payout feature without any problems, but then all of a sudden every immediate payout keeps on saying 'pending' for days. Keep in mind that there is already a 48h holding period before funds become available, so when I request an immediate payout it is because the funds are needed. And it is not as if it is free, I get charged an extra fee for this. Only for it to say pending!!! I am furious, an what is worse is that it happens over the weekend and there is literally no support to deal with this. It is essential for my business as I use the funds to pay for my ads, now because of no good reason my account is disabled because payfast claims to do immediate payments, when they don't, they just charge extra and keep the money indefinitely. If you do not provide propper support for this so that when it happens in the future it can be sorted out on the same day, ESPECIALLY on a weekend which is critical for most businesses, then I am changing payment provider.
