PayFast’s apparent customer “help” centre

On the 4th of September I purchased from THE BUTLER, their Payfast merchant name is Deal Zilla. The amount was R 578.25. This seller provides absolutely no details of contacting them. I haven't received the item that I ordered or ANY feedback whatsoever.

I received two emails from payfast to state that you I will have to wait for the seller to respond to me within 48 hours. It's been almost 10 days and I haven't heard from the seller or PayFast again. This seller has a website and is ******** people, you pay and there is no product.
