Payfast ***** your money

I'm battling form 2023/12/16 to get my money from them. They come with all stories and NO one really helps you. They ask for verification docs. Why they don't say. But we did send it through but still they don't do payout. Phoning customer care is a waist of time. They don't care. People like Unathi, Caylin, Benatha, there are more but guess no need to mention more as they all don't care. They still sit with my money a few thousands but don't payout. I warn people DO NOT MAKE USE OF PAYFAST. It has become a ****. This is my feelings. For a very good reason.
