Payfast what a disaster
We were guided by a company we have partnered with that for online payments Payfast is probably the best. Well let me tell you what a disaster so far, all our documents required were sent the 5th of January 2024, daily follows ups of a minimum of 4 a day, in mails telephone calls and just zero responses and or feedback. We then sent a mail stating we want a new service and within 30 mins a reply. So seems strange. Anyone looking at Payfast beware if you hoping for service, feedback and quick responses, it will not happen.
