Payfast tries to **** you into paying **** inactivity fees

I had a R1 balance in my Payfast account and they were emailing me every month telling me that I owe R115 each month for the account being inactive and having a balance. When I call them, they say there’s no fee and the email I was receiving was “just worded that way” so that I take the money out. My issue is that had I not called and deposited the fees they asked for, I’d be giving them money for nothing. Who knows how many ppl pay them these **** fees. Don’t trust this company or use their service.
