PayFast - The company that takes your money and doesn't pay the merchant!

Exceptional bad service! Payment was made to 1-Grid via the PayFast interface on the 1-Grid website. The card payment reflects on my bank account and the bank confirmed that PayFast received the money. PayFast did not pay the money over to the merchant. My emails to PayFast support are ignored. I've experienced this non payment to merchants multiple times over the last month, with various purchases through PayFast. The stupid chatbot they offer on their website as a help option is of no use. I'll be lodging my complaint with the CIPC to investigate this company and its directors as well as lodge a complaint with the consumer council if my issue is not resolved by close of business today 06.08.2024. Maybe the Financial Intelligence Centre should also be notified as this seems to be a common problem with PayFast when I read all the comments on this site.
