PayFast support ********.

Asked them to reverse a payment I made to a company I learnt that are ******** people, PayFast said this "The refund request would have to come directly from the merchant as we can only process refunds upon the merchant's request." So if you can't get hold of the merchant then money is lost?! So much for buyer PayFast buyer support!!!
