Payfast support

I would like to thank Payfast for support regarding a order that I have used their platform to pay the vendor, for goods ordered but the vendor never deliver and send vials communication every week after months of this I have decided to let Payfast know that this Venor is using their secure platform to take money and not deliver the goods.With in days Payfast let me know that they will get a refund from the vendor and pay me back the Mahoney I payed for the never delivered goods.
