PAYFAST STOLE MY MONEY

This 1 star is waaaay to generous! I created my account, had it verified without them conducting any form on needs analysis, only to terminate my account AFTER I've made sales. THEY'VE FOLLOWED NO DUE DILIGENCE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING MY BUSINESS, NOR DID THEY HAVE A CONVERSATION PRIOR TO TERMINATING MY ACCOUNT!

I sell digital products and my orders were already fulfilled. So their weak solution is for them to refund my clients and me to ask my clients to pay me directly! An established eCommerce company?? PHUCKING PATHETIC!

Their reason for terminating my account was "TOO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS" when not a single muthaphucka called me or emailed me requesting any clarity. Complete imbeciles.

I requested for confirmation on a letterhead to share with my clients in order to manage my operations and communications WITH INTEGRITY (unlike these muthaphuckas) and 3 days later, have not recieved anything.

I don't have my funds, I don't have confirmation that my funds have been reimbursed to my clients, and when I called and queried this (obviously I was irate), the imbecile on the other end couldn't cope with an irate client nor could she answer important compliance questions. *********!

At this point, PAYFAST STOLE MY MONEY. They're refusing to send me confirmation that refunds have been conducted or even documentation confirming that refunds have been initiated.

Their aftersales service is appalling! The C U Next Tuesday who couldn't answer relevant questions mockingly said "We don't want your business that's why we closed your account" (professional!!) after I said this has been an awful experience and I would never recommend their services. LOL! The calibre of uneducated and emotionally unintelligent people in this company is shocking!

If you have an online business, STAY AWAY! The world is moving in the direction of digitisation (WHICH IS WHY WE HAVE ECOMMERCE COMPANIES) but Payfast is unable to conduct business ethically - they're outright pathetic. They don't have policies in place to safeguard themselves, nor their customers, and will terminate your account and WITHOLD YOUR MONEY, without so much as a courtesy call.
