Payfast sorted out the problem
After placing a negative review for poor service regarding a transaction for Exact Match Fragrances which the vendor denied, Payfast investigated found the transaction and my payment and sorted out with Exact Match Fragrances.
There is obviously a training issue with staff at Payfast as the first person I spoke to said I had to speak to Exact Match Fragrances who I was getting no joy with.
