Payfast solved my order problem with Eco Essentials

I had some serious problem with Eco Essentials. I had ordered some hair products in April and they went quite, ignored my emails. I wrote my reviews on Hellopeter about my experience and the company still did not respond. I then decide to write to Payfast because when you order Eco Essentials online you pay through Payfast.
