Payfast ****med me my money via superbalist

I bought items on Superbalist on the 21st of February 2023 and paid via Payfast. The money went out of my bank account but on superbalist it said I didn’t pay. I went ahead and paid with Ozow and the order was paid. I have been going up and down between superbalist and Payfast trying to get my refund and no one wants to take accountability. Superbalist says they didn’t receive the money from Payfast and Payfast says I have to contact the merchant to get refund. I logged in my Payfast profile and I can see the transaction but both the two companies don’t want to give me my money back.
