Payfast refusing to refund MY money!!!!!!

To whom it my concern,

My Company bought a refurbish lenovo i5 from Obakeng Morare on Sell-SA, 2 weeks later he told me that he has got no stock, and i asked him to refund the amount of R2850 for Item: ***, he told me he never received any money in his account, and payfast must refund the money back to me. He told me that he will email them and ask them to refund me, as per Payfast policy. Payfast them told him that they cant refund the money, he must send an email from the registered payfast account, and he did used the correct email as per sell-sa website for payfast, but still they did not refund the money back to me. i need the money back or im going to open a case of theft against payfast. this is now almost 3 weeks and still NO refund!!!!
