PAYfast Refund

Last week Monday I ordered a product from Takealot. My accounted was debited twice from Payfast because of a glitch in their system. It is now a week and a day later and I still havent received my refund yet. This is really ridiculous especially after speaking to more than 5 Payfast consultants and still no progress

I have been inconvenienced for a whole week, R200 airtime later and still no refund.
