Payfast partnered with **** artists
You are meant to be a trusted, safe paygate for customers. I got ****med in August. I called multiple times only to be told "sorry, we can't help you, you must seek legal action on your own account". That is absolute *******. YOU guys took the payment. YOU are the ones who have partnered up with **** artists.
I have tried every avenue of contacting the company (the companies name is Bodied) and I have been unsuccessful every time. I will never use Payfast again because of this. I think it is absolutely shocking that you are not willing to help me get my money back.
You need to relook at your business model.

Before we onboard any merchants on to our platform, our on boarding team thoroughly checks all the paperwork provided by the merchant which also goes through our due diligence team as well. We do our utmost to minimize the risk posed to any customers. Unfortunately, we're unable to process refunds from our side with receiving explicit instructions from the merchant. In order for you to obtain a refund, you would be required to contact your bank for assistance.

What measures do you have in place for when a customer pays through YOUR pay gate and gets ****med? Then all of a sudden you are not involved?
