Payfast not interested in assisting recovering funds deducted from one of their merchants.

I wish to report an exact same problem as stated by Susan K as I have had exactly the same experience and my payment via Payfast to Cretek must now be regarded as my having been ****med with no hope of a refund from either party. Shocking and ********* business practice.
ZERO customer service for their merchants As a merchant running an ecommerce business and using PayFast they offer ZERO customer service when needing refunds to customers but they're happy to take their full commission upfront and do little for it. This space needs to be disrupted and soon.

04 Apr 2023, 16:07I immediately provided the latest ticket as requested on 30th of March @ 15:31hrs, and the silence is deafening. The website now states after having been paid by Payfast, that my order no longer exists.
