Payfast not helpful
I recently shared a review of Strimz. Payment via my credit card was processed via Payfast. Because of this my bank cannot help with the reversal of the payment as Payfast was not the merchant. Payfast have been VERY slow to respond and have not in the slightest been helpful, simply referring me to the merchant who does not respond. Extremely disappointed with Payfast ... PayPal guarantee to reverse problem payments ... Payfast seem not to care!!!!!

12 Dec 2022, 13:12Thank you - as the payment "middleman" similar to PayPal I was looking for help to recover money paid to Strimz - I cancelled with Strimz some time ago and asked for a refund as promised on their website. They do not respond at all, and I have even tried calling them at the number posted on their website, but it is a false number - as far as I am concerned they are a bunch of ****** and you should be careful about continuing your relationship with them!!
