Payfast no response
Hi can I please get someone to assist me with withdrawing the funds to my account as I was told that the funds would be held for 180 days there after it would be release it's now going on 181 days I have emailed but I'm getting no response please as I have followed you process and now we on 181 days so please can you process the payment to my bank account I'm not getting no response from payfast

10 Dec 2025, 10:44 Hi Nolan, Thank you for reaching out again. As mentioned before, we need to hold the funds for a minimum of 180 days in line with bank card association rules. This period has not yet passed, so we’re unable to remove the retainer at this time. So far, only 117 days have elapsed. Once the full 180 days are complete, our team will contact you with payout details and next steps. Regards,
