PayFast lack of support
I’m so disappointed in the service I have received from a consultant from PayFast!!I deposited money to my Hollywood account via PayFast and the money has not reflected,I called in,gave them the necessary information they needed,only to be told that they doing me a favour by talking to me,because in actual fact they deal with Hollywood not me,I need to wait for their finance department which I can’t speak to,because they only send feedback n not allowed to talk to clients!!!Mckayla Smith and PayFast!!!
