PayFast is used by many companies. I will personally try not to use them, As using them can you can lose your money
On the 16/02/2025 i made a payment to cellc Visa card on Payfast. today 7/3/2025 cell c send me a SMS that due to non payment they well cut of my phone. I paid Cellc using my Visa card on payfast. Cell c now want proof of payment. so I Contact Payfast , they give me a invoice number ***, Cell c says they cannot help. I have spent two hours on my cell phone . Visa says Payfast took my money ,They must refund me or see that cellc get their payment. It not up to me.

07 Mar 2025, 13:53thanks for trying to help .It is impossible to get help from Cellc..As i have proof and Payfast has proof the money was paid . I feel the only option i have is to make a case against Cellc at the police.
