Payfast is the worst payment merchant!! PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THEM!
I've left a review on HelloPeter the 24th of January after struggling weeks and weeks to get my issue resolved, to which Payfast actually rep**** the following: "Hi there N'cita and thank you for reaching out to us. Kindly note that we have escalated this matter to our on boarding team for further review and a response via email can be expected between now and close of business tomorrow. Apologies for the delay once more. "
So yes that was the 24th, today is the 30th and I still haven't received any email or phone call from them.
My patience has run up. How long must one wait just for simple banking details to be changed, so that I can receive the money from my client's purchases?????????
