Had occasion to approach Payfast to reverse the payment to Melhor for a medical appliance after Melhor turned out to be an apparent ****. Started with a phone call. Followed up with very prompt correspondence. I was kept in the picture every step of the way and my payment was returned to my bank account in full - and all within 2 weeks. Great Service.
