Payfast hasn't solved the payment error caused by their system

I made an online order using payfast as a payment option as offered on the company's website. The money went off my account but the payfast page went offline at the same time. The company has not received any payments from payfast but I confirmed with my bank that the money did go off my account on the 21st may 2020. Since then I have been trying to get hold of them to sort out the problem but nothing has happened so far.
