Payfast has the worst customer service.

At this stage. Payfast has the worst service. I am waiting for over a month just to get them to verify my account. I have send several emails and spoken to agents but no one care enough to just do their job. Its really simple just do your job and get my site verified.

I have send several emails, spoken to an agent on Facebook, Left a google review all of which someone send me a message telling me they are busy but nothing happens. I'm at a point that I need to close my business because I lose money and I can't integrate payfast with my website to receive payments.
