PayFast has no customer service

I made an order at Takeallot on the 19th of December with a payment that has gone through payFast. PayFast never allocated the money. I have been trying to get hold of PayFast since 23 December to sort out the problem. I have only recieved automated responses from PayFast with a ticket number with no feedback what so ever. Their phone number listed does not even ring. They have been absolutely no help at all with no assistance from them.
