Payfast feels like a ****
The service at payfast is horrific, first they have an automatic response when you are going through the verification process that's clearly states 24-48 hours. There is nothing that's true about that, you dont hear from them until you call them. My process started 5 August because I was launching my website 7 August. Lets not even speak about closing an account, you have to jump through hoops to get your hard earned money because and then when there is finally light at the end of the tunnel I am told it was paid to the wrong account and I now have to wait for it to bounce back and then the process starts again. Seriously? Are you here to assist businesses or **** them?

Regarding the second account, we were unable to process the payout as, for compliance purposes, funds can only be paid to a bank account belonging to the same legal entity linked to the Payfast account.
We have contacted you via email to assist with resolving the outstanding payout.
