PayFast - fast to take your money for sure

On July 25 I have purchased good from an online shop, payment via PayFast. The merchant ran out of stock and promised a full refund. I was CC's on the email from merchant to PayFast from the same day. Today is July 30 but no money has been refunded, wonder why.
