Payfast facilitates and profits off ********** transactions

Payfast clearly does not do due dilligence on their merchants and facilitates and profits off ********** transactions. I did a purchase worth over R6000 on an online retailer called WeGotDealSA.com, I was comforted by the fact that payment was done through Payfast. After not receiving the goods or having my monies returned in two weeks, I wrote them and Payfast assured me that the merchant is legitimate, that due diligence was done and that they are in contact with them to have my monies returned. It has now been over a month and I am still out of pocket.
