Payfast, easy for ****mers!

I purchased medical accessories for my sick mother from a **** company that uses payfast. They are reviewed here too, Wholesurgical. Here is my mail to payfast: Good day, l've been trying to get assistance via phone but it has proven unsuccessful. Please see the transaction details attached.I placed an order 7 June 2024 but have not received thd goods. I tried contacting the retailer to no avail and people are calling the company a ****. This is so sad. It's a medical Supplies company. You'll see that my order was for items related to my mother's permanent oxygen usage Please can you assist me in any way. So anyone using payfast can take your money, not deliver and its your problem. You must take legal action. I hope people think twice about paying through payfast. I won't again
