PAYFAST DEALHUB RELIABLE STORE
Payfast is a online payment facility that is supposed to secure the person paying a merchant for goods ordered and only release the funds to the merchant once order is out for delivery!! THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY NOR DO THEY PENALIZE A MERCHANT OR BLACK LIST THEM IF THEY DO NOT DELIVER A CUSTOMERS GOODS!!! It seems PAYFAST and DEALHUB AND RELIABLE STORE are all in cahoots with each other *****ing clients money!!!

We facilitate the online payment and do not hold power over delivery. Once the transaction is processed online, our services have been rendered. Any post payment queries such as delivery queries, address changes, courier information is not within our jurisdiction and therefore we're unable to integrate our software with the merchants'. We do apologize for the frustration caused by the courier/merchant but we insist on you trying to contact the merchant directly and if you face any difficulties with their response time, please call us on *** so that we can see what can be done from our end.

You are only supposed to release our money to the merchant ones goods are delivered!!! That way you and the buyers can be assured that it is not a ****!!! TO DATE i HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY DELIVERY NOTICES NOR HAVE I RECEIVED AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER FROM DEAL HUB AS TO WHERE MY PRODUCT IS. THE CONTACT NUMBER YOU SEND ME DOES NOT REFLECT ON YOUR REPLY.
