PAYFAST cannot be trusted

Payfast cannot be trusted. My son recently made a purchase on a site called Hypewear.co.za using payfast and it turns out this is a ********** site but they were able to register with Payfast. How did payfast verify Hypewear. Payfast clearly does not do thorough checks on clients who register with them. Payfast says they cannot refund me coz the client has no funds in their account. Payfast did not even accept any accountability for their part. PAYFAST cannot be TRUSTED.
