PayFast, but no Refund

I made use of payfast as a payment portal whereby I paid a company who did not deliver my goods nor were I receiving a refund. The response after me trying to recover my funds and resorting to payfast as my last resolve left me with

"PayFast no longer facilitates payments for this company. As there is no resolution to this matter, it is your right to pursue legal action against the seller." Where possible I will not process any online transactions through Payfast as I do not feel protected as a consumer making use of their service.
