PayFast but extremely slow to refund .

Twice did I transact with PayFast for the same product and TWICE the feedback were : transaction UNsuccessful. Needless to say it seems an impossible task to get a refund from them . " The ticket has been allocated " is all you get out of them. I have to get my refund from the vendor.
