Payfast assisting to get order delivered

I recently had issues with a seller from whom I ordered and the payment was done via Payfast. All my attempts to contact the seller and arrange for my order to be delivered was in vain. I contacted Payfast to assist and they assisted me in contacting the seller on my behalf and followed up regularly until my order was delivered. I now feel more comfortable ordering online if my payment goes through Payfast. Thank you once again, many companies can learn from you what is after care service!
