Payfast and merchants are in cahoots in ********

Payfast took over R200 from my account for a subscription I have not signed up for nor have I given any consent I have contacted them today spoke to 4 different consultants I am being told the same story but no solutions as to when I will get my money back it's evident that the merchant is a ***** and ******** people by asking them to make a once off donation to them. Payfast should be romoved I have reported them to the ombudsman as well it's ********* for a company to take money from any account with out concent and proof of contract that gives them permission to do so .. payfast is housing alot of ******** and they are getting away with *****ing from our hard earn money
