Payfast and hollywood worst combination ever!

Payfast is pathetic. Very useless service to ever think about using! I made a payment using their platform on the 2nd of Sep 2019 and my account hasn't been credited. They do not respond to clients. I regret using this service. 10 days later no response or whatsoever. Hollywood on the other hand is failing to do a follow up and pressurise payfast so that they can assist.
